Malaysia travel guides

Malaysia kind of takes a back seat as far as Southeast Asian travel destinations go, often overlooked in favour of Bali’s beaches, Singapore’s hawker stalls or a Bangkok city break. But that low-key reputation is exactly what makes it so epic to explore.

On my most recent Malaysia trip I spent six weeks travelling solo, from river safaris, island resorts and insane scuba diving in Malaysian Borneo, to eating my way around George Town and Kuala Lumpur, to having the most romantic getaway-for-one at a lush hot springs resort near Ipoh. The variety of experiences on offer here is seriously impressive!
